Reservations and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or payment in full.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date will be subject to a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date or no-show will incur a 100% charge of the reservation.

Check-in e Check-out:

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Non-Smoking Policy:

Auberge de la Langouste is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any internal area of the hotel. Fines may apply for violations of this policy.

Damages and Liabilities:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel facilities or property during their stay.

Auberge de la Langouste is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, except properly trained guide dogs.

Special conditions:

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to anyone who violates the established terms and conditions.

Guest agrees to comply with all hotel policies and regulations during their stay.
